Aviation Industry Capital Operation Of Listed Companies

With the advancement of the socialist market economy ,the capital operation has been playing an important role in the state owned enterprise reformation and development.The 15th congress of Chinese Communist Party has brought favorable opportunities for the enterprises.The 16th congress points out the direction for the capital operation.How to exert capital operation to steer on aviation industry economy system reform and enhance the core capability of the aviation corporation Limited -liability companies is the task of this subject.First,the paper analyzes systematically the capital operation theory and studies its rules.lt expatiates on the kernel principle of capital operation ,and probes into the approaches for realizing the capital increment and gaining core capability,i.e. exerting efficiently the internal management type strategy and the external bargaining type strategy.Next .basing on the capital operation theory ,the paper also analyzes systematically the capital operation item that the eight Limited -liability companies engaged in and the problems when they engaged in capital operation with qualitative and quantitative methods.Finally.aiming at the existing problems of the eight Limited -liability companies ,this paper puts forward some suggestion.In the meantime,the author hopes the study in this paper will be used for reference by other enterprises.
