Even though the "Innovation Parts Manufacturing Company" has been running for more than 20 years, Since 1999, after she has become a share-holders corporation enterprise directly facing the tough competition, especially after China has become the membership of WTO, owing to the great changes of the external market for the COMPANY, with the possible further changes of the market. If the COMPANY does not find a way to enable herself in the market and even for the new market, it will arrive to the end of the COMPANY automatically.This article has stated the history and the present situation of the COMPANY, the features of international and domestic Spare-parts market, the superiority and inferiority of the COMPANY as well as the feature of the industrial products just to analyze the basic internal and external situation for the COMPANY'S marketing research , the great chance and challenge of WTO, the COMPANY will have to be clear with the target market, by developing her internal management to improve the basic three kinds of management which are: 1,to set up the information system speeding and exacting the communication between the customers and the COMPANY to better improve the reaction of the COMPANY to the market's changes and requirements. 2, to follow the market requirements, considering more of the marketing research and developments, together with good quality products, making an enterprise suitable for the modern market. 3, to make good publicity of the COMPANY for her products and her services seizing the advanced internet development to announce the information of the COMPANY on internet. Therefore, the COMPANY should be able to use her maximum superiority and avoid her inferiority, better use the Customer Value Delivery System in order to play her own role in the big cycle for automobile and its parts production and marketing system which can help her to develop new market, to face any competition, and to fulfil the COMPANY'S maximum value on production and the marketing.
