Dalian City Social Insurance Study

Since society insurance for the old was carried out in Dalian in 1995, the society insurance system including insurance for the old, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, industrial injury insurance and child-bearing insurance for woman worker has been initially built . New questions of society insurance system being perfected occurred with improving of social productive and life quality of people . Some of these questions were not easy to solve. This paper analyses the present situation and questions of society insurance system including insurance for the old s medical insurance, unemployment insurance, industrial injury insurance and child-bearing insurance for woman worker firstly . It provides some countermeasure to solve them and gives some ideas for reforming society insurance of Dalian.According to the reality of society insurance theory falling behind society insurance practicing . many questions of society insurance reforming need to answer . This paper tries to provide decision reference for Dalian government and promote to develop society insurance industry of Dalian . At the same time ,it can provide decision reference for departments of labor and society insurance of other provinces and cities in our country .
