On-dumping, Countervailing And Strategy Of China In International Trade

Dumping-to output the products to foreign markets in large quantities at the price lower than normal cost. Dumping was considered as an unjust trade way when it appeared. Hence many countries made anti-dumping law to reject it. But with the fall of economic situation and WTO's rules of limit the use of traditional trade-protection policy, many countries carry out the trade-protection policy at the name of "anti-dumping ". At this aspect, dumping and anti-dumping do much harm to the economy of Chinese. Many countries take anti-dumping measures to reject the import of Chinese goods, at the same time, their goods enter into our markets in large quantities at low price, this behavior affect the development of Chinese economy very much. How to evaluate the effect of dumping and anti-dumping measures? What are counter-measures we should take?In chapter 1, it summarize the basis definition of dumping, the factors what consists of dumping in WTO rules, the definition and measures of anti-dumping. After China entered into WTO, we should implement the rights and duties of WTO's members' with other countries together. At the aspect ofdumping and anti-dumping , we are under the rules of WTO' < anti-dumpingagreement >, so knowing of the dumping' definition is benefit to us.In chapter 2, I analyses the economic effects of dumping and anti-dumping, on this basis, I analyses the effect of the behavior of dumping and anti-dumping on Chinese economy. In this thesis, I analyses the behavior of dumping in different situations and it's economic effects. In the analysis of anti-dumpling ' economic effect, I establish an anti-dumping model.In chapter 3, through the discussion of the situations the characteristics^the reasons of product-dumping and anti-dumping, we know of the reasons why do we become the most victim that other countries abuse the ante-dumping measures? It points out the product dumping of Chinese belongs to public dumping, it also is a basis reason. Then I set up a game model to analyses the market-competition way and other questions of dumpingand anti-dumping.In chapter 4, I propose the counter-plans to reject the foreign product dumping and anti-dumping, it also is the emphasis of this thesis. We should work out anti-dumping law to prevent foreign product-dumping, at the same time, we should continue to change the trade system, set up "export respond system", actively answer the lawsuit of foreign anti-dumping and cultivate the people who are engaged in dumping and anti-dumping field.This thesis analyses the questions of product dumping and anti-dumping,the propose about counter-plan. After china enter into WTO, the economy and trade of Chinese would develop rapidly, but foreign product-dumping and anti-dumping measures have become the boycott of our economic development.
