Fiercer competitions are going to face our product providers since home market is to be broadly opened to other countries. Markets are also becoming over-segmented with greater on certainty as living condition improving and business. Ads stimulating .To continuously make and keep competitive advantages over others in that coming near perfect competition situation, business a home should learn to always keep consumers concern, the first issue is to find the intention of customs in their purchase activities so that the quality of our product can be improved based on the favor of customs. The second issue is to develop new products and guide the customs on the choice of products, market trend and customer satisfaction in mind while making their product decisions, either for market share or profit purpose.In fact, market demand derives from each customer choice decision. Studying customer choice may facilitate accurate preference information exploration hence a better product decision and then an expected effect on the market demand flow.Based on these judgments this paper focuses on the application of residence industry in studying consumer choice over product and the optimal product decision based on this information.The first chapter mainly analyzes the mechanism between the product decision process and customer choosing product decision process and finds that customer choice issues do have the basic factors and conditions that assumes. In order to determine the sales strategy and adapt such strategy to the changing of marketing, we need to know what is the relationship between the intentions of customs, different roles of different enterprises and how to guide the customs in the purchase activities. It,s obviously that the only way that we can make a wise decision is based on the understanding of the intensions of customs in their purchase activities.
