Banks And Securities Combined Operation Research

As a whole, there are two kinds of development model of financial industries: the one is that banking, securities and insurance are managed separately, the other one is that banking amalgamates with securities and insurance(mainly with securities ) . To these two kinds of models, not only the dispute exists in theory, but also in reality, there are different modes too during the course of developing in different countries. Through an analysis and comparison of these two kinds of models, the thesis draws a conclusion that under the main trend of the economy and finance globalization, implementation the amalgamation of banking and securities is China's financial industry's inevitable choice complying with world finance amalgamation trend and facing challenges after entering WTO.First of all, the thesis uses financial function theory and discloses the inherent reason and conditions of the two models' conversion, and points out that amalgamation of banking and securities is just the external representation of the financial structure adjustment, the real reason is reconstruction of the financial function caused by the promotion of the market division. Secondly, the thesis probe into historical changes and existing problems of our country's financial management system, and proposes strengthening the cooperation of banking and securities business to find the break though of amalgamation operation of the banking with security industry, according to Chinese finance reality that banking are separate from other fields. Third, the article analyses in depth risks, efficiency, necessity and possibility of amalgamation of banking with securities business theoretically. Then, by comparison of financial amalgamating operation of China with foreign countries and through investigation of the amalgamation management types of U.S.A., Japan, and Germany, the thesis points out that China's banking and security industry should implement "Group synthesizing, Legal person division", and adopt the form ofbank's shareholder organization to realize the amalgamating and managing, through the reform of inside institutional framework and cooperation of the shareholder level. Finally, the thesis studies the conditions and opportunity of Chinese banking amalgamating with securities business and management as well.
