| With the coming of the new century, our agriculture and rural economy has entered a new stage in which the demand and supply of farm products, the international relationship and the systematical circumstance have changed greatly. As the big agriculture province and the country's main commodity grain base, Jilin province has many problems in agriculture and rural economy as following: there are severe contradictions in rural industrial structure and fanner income structure; the supply of grains and rural labor exceeds the demand; the development of farm product processing industry and the county economy are relatively slow; the level of urbanization and financial income are low. These problems have restricted the development of economy and the progress of society. So how to resolve these questions is our first task in the new stage. It's proved that Agriculture industrialization has played an important role not only in accelerating the development of agriculture or rural economy, but also in increasing farmer income or the international competitive power of agriculture. On the basis of severe situation of Jilin province, this study put forwards a new way that constructing agricultural industrialization intensive belt in Chang-Ji-Ping area to promote the agricultural industrialization, following the new trend that resources is assembling to the superior peasant, superior enterprise, superior industry and superior area. It can accelerate the adjustment of rural industrial structure and the development of farm product processing industry. At the same time, it will construct a complete agricultural industry system with great competitive power and realize the stride of rural economy.Based on the theory of Regional economics, industrial economics and development economics, study on the subject that constructing agricultural industrialization intensive belt in the areas which consists Jilin, Changchun and Siping districts. In this study, some analysis methods are used, such as: positive analysis and standard analysis, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, comparative study etc.The main research tasks and conclusions can be summed up as below:1.Elaborate the meaning and the forming mechanism of agriculture industrialization intensive belt on theory. Put forward the important theoretical base and the inevitability of constructing agriculture industrialization intensive belt by using the theory of un-equilibrium development and the growth pole2.On the base of regional resource theory, divide the regional resources into natural resources, economic resources, social resources and area resources, andelaborate the meaning and function of different resources. Through the evaluation on every sort of resources, conclude that there is the foundation of constructing agriculture industrialization intensive belt in c-j-p region.3.Through the positive study on it, get the important characteristics of agriculture industrialization in c-j-p region. Found the problems of the region by contrasting with the developed region at abroad or another provinces. So can draw the conclusion: agriculture industrialization has entered a new stage in the c-j-p region and it is time to construct the intensive belt.4. According to the situation of the region, put forward the way of constructing intensive belt: by taking full advantage of the superiority in grains, stockbreeding and farm product processing industry, accelerate the elements such as funds, techniques, managements and personnel to enter into this region; construct the first class base of corn production and processing while constructing the first class stockbreeding base and deeply processing base of livestock products.According this way, establish the main constructive content which including three industry projects and four supporting systems, that is, Corn industrialization project, soybean industrialization project and stockbreeding industrialization project, quality standards system, market circulation system, information service system a... |
