The Present Status Analysis Of Processing Industry Of Agricultural Products In Yunnan Province

A survey of Yunnan and the main conditions of agricultural, rural economic and industrial development in Yunnan Province during the Ninth-Five-Year Plan were introduced in this paper . On the basis of summarizing the history of agricultural development in the Province, the major problems of agricultural and demonstrated . The thoughts on promoting Yunnan agricultural and rural economic development were summarized through further adjustment and optimization in agricultural industrial structure.The importances to farm produce in Yunnan rural economy was analyzed emphatically in this paper. With practical verification method, it was also analyzed the position and function of tobacco process, sugarcane process and tea process etc. in whole agricultural economy of Yunnan as well as in total national economy in China. Effect of pillar enterprise for agricultural products process, which could promote the benefit of farm produce process as well as the main channels and steps for growing the pillar enterprise were discussed in detail.In accordance with conditions of examining the major problems in the farm_produce_process industry in Yunnan, the thoughts and countermeasures of how to bring about an advance in this industry were put forward. And the major field of farm produces process and processing technique was defined . Re_formational and improvement of traditional industry by using modem farm_traditional industry by using modem farm_produce_process technology was expounded.It was also studied in tlris paper that the production base of green and ecotype farm produce was established, and that the production system of "company plus base plus farmer" was further perfected with support of farm produce process and trade_type pillar enterprise, in accordance with industrialize pattern , and that large numbers of research institutes and specialized subjects for farm produce process were supported and trained , and that the technical capacity and lab our power level in processing and exploiting farm produce was raised.On the basis of analyzing the bottle_neck in techniques for farm produce process of Yunnan , the major fields ,developing channels and measures to improve farm_produce_process technology were mainly studied.
