Discussion About The Right To Quality Problems

Today in China, the healthy development of market economy and the smooth operation of debt relationship must turn to the help of surety system, which is the result of transmission from personal centre to social center. The modem civil law runs around the society and emphasizes the protection of trade. This links debt relationship with the surety system tightly. In the surety system, because of its broad application scope and its efficiency in its surety function, pledge begins to draw more and more attentions. Especially in recent years, the importantance of intangible fortunes is gradually recognized and the relevant possessions become more abstract than ever, with the development of law and society, pledges of rights are playing an more and more important role and its status has been increased gradually in modern surety system. In this respect, there remain a lot of problems to be resolved. Here, to make some contributions, the author tries to comment on some specific types of pledges of rights and the general principles of such pledges.
