Corruption crime is an important part in crime law and its punishment has been paid much attention to by the law circles world.In the thesis,much has been discussed and summarized dy the author on the issues relating closely to judicial affairs suck as the concept,the antus reus,the dividing line between corruption crime and non-corruption crime,and the legislative suggestions of corruption crime, etc. In the way of applying both theory and practical experience according to crime law, judicial interpretation and relevant policies.This thesis contains four parts.Part One consisted of an introduction on corruption crime and a retrospective review on its concepr, classification and derivation Part Two composed of main elements justifying a corruption crime, and theoretical interpretations on the features of the subject, and the object: action conditions method pattern; types of the subject, and their intentions, purposes and motives. Part Three interpreted the judicial criteria of corrupt ion crime, the dividing lines between corruption crime and non-corruption crime,and between corruption crime and other related crimes;and an investigation injudicial deal with concrete matters.Part Four proposed suggestions for corruption crime legislation, and to perfect the anti-corruption law system and measurement of penalty by way of the reference to foreign legislative experiences on corruption and bribe crimes.
