The Demonstration Study Of Factors In Corruption Motive

As the hinder of the economic development and social progress, corruption has become the global perplexed problem that all contries have to face with and source control has become the most important thing of anti-corruption. To find the way of source control to Anti-corruption, the first step is to get to know the corrupt influencing factor. From a Marco view, politics, the economy, the culture, the social and other factors may affect the corrupt production. However, from the individual point, corrupt motivation is the direct factor of corrupt production, therefore, it is meaningful to have a good research on corrupt motivation.The theory of planned behavior, which is the most famous behavior theory, said that behavior motivation is the most direct factor to affect behavior, and the behavior motivation in turn influenced by attitude, subjective norms and perceived behavior control. So, the theory of planned behavior similarly has strong theory guiding sense regarding the corrupt motivation research.This article is based on the theory of planned bahavior, adopts the questionnaire survey way and the testify method to give an analysis of the corrupt motivation influencing factor. The final research result shows that there are four important demensions of corrup motivation: corrupt cost, corrupt profit, corrupt opportunity and corrupt attitude. At the last, this article uses the structural equation modeling (SEM) to make an analysis of corrupt motivation and finally construct the structural equation modeling of corruption motivation influence factor.
