| This paper studies the case of the yancheng city commercial bank, analyzing the reason of less competitiveness at deposit, putting forward the conception of deposit management system creation on the base of confirming advantage, disadvantage, threat and opportunity of deposit and forming the following conclusions : the city commercial bank conforms its position at local market of deposit, develops its advantage, adopts suitable deposit competitiveness strategy and active developing strategy, enhances its competitive capability, thus provided strong momentum for stable development. |
