| The system of investment fund has existed for almost 100 years in the world and ten years in China. Investment fund becomes more important during the process of economy development in China from a sense of Institutional Economics, expounding the creation of investment fund and general analysis of agency model, analysing the present practice in China and attempting to detect the institutional problem and get a basket of instruments applied to situation in China.The analytic frame is composed of four chapters.
