As soon as finance lease was born in the early days of the end of the Second World War, it significantly contributed to the economic recovery of U.S.A and the economic development of other countries. As a new industry, finance lease has made considerable progress in China since the early 1980s. Finance lease will be faced with more opportunities and challenges than ever in China, since China is the 143rd member of WTO now.
