Shaanxi Province, The Logistics Industry Development Strategy Research

According to analyzing environment and strategic status of logistic industry development of shaanxi province. This paper systematically expounds strategic status of logistic industry development of shaanxi province and both the necessity and urgency of logistic industry development. Secondly, this paper analyzes the present conditions of logistic industry development in this province. In view of the circulation of logistics, this paper also investigates logistic characteristic and changing trend of the province. Last, this paper analyzes and forecasts the logistic requirement by the aid of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The work mentioned above, taking into account social and economic developing goals of shaanxi province, is used to put forward total developing strategic logistic industry system of shaanxi which includes strategic thinking, strategic aim, strategic principle and strategic emphasis as well as emphatically expound and analyze the developing strategic system of the logistic base, the logistic enterprises and logistic information. All of the work aims to provide theoretic basis for the government that can formulate logistic industry developing strategy of the province and explicit both aim and status of logistic industry development of the province accordingly. And it is also necessary to explicit the function and role of government and enterprises of the logistic industry development.
