It come to a theme that the traditional logistic enterprises must realize logistic information system in order to response clients request rapidly and improve their market competities. This is an aim of this dissertation.This dissertation based on a typical logistic company of west China--HONG SHENG LOGISTIC CO. LTD as an example. It introduce the basic operation conditions of the company, such as the business size and range. What's more, it also studies the urgent problems which the system wanted to solue. Then it introduce the company structure and the main business departments and analysize the whole business flow of the company. The dissertation studies the flow characters of the main business departments, the information conditious and the existed problems of the company in details. Then it put forward the suggestious and plans about how to realize the information system, such as business process redesign, business support of management system, regulation of organization structure, applications of information technology and staff training, and so on It also explain function model of each business system. At the end, it suggest how to build the high efficiency logistic web with its. logistic information system in order to extend the business.
