| In facing of the age of knowledge economy and China's imminent entry into the WTO, we must strengthen the development of road transport information technology. By utilizing science technology especially electronic, communication and network technology to realize leap development of road transport.Starting with the research of experiences abroad in road transport information technology and current application, exiting problems of information technology in domestic road transport, this article elaborates the necessity, feasibility and reality of constructing road transport information net. This article introduced the function of road transport information net and specific responsibilities and roles of road transport administration department at all levels and road transport enterprises, it also discusses the formality of road transport information net, the method of data acquisition and net safety etc. According to the current situation of road transport information net development, this article brings forward the guiding idea, principle, general objective and objectives in stage in the constructing road transport information net and implementing process and relevant countermeasures as well. |
