This ar-ticle puts the evolution of the Canada history as clue, analyzes the origin of the Quebec issue and the cause of it in deep - seated and discusses what it will be in the future.In the first part of this article I analyzed the origin of Quebec issue and its development in modem society. From the view of history, the most important aspect of Quebec issue is the conquering of British Canadians conquering of its France counterpart. From 1763 to1863, under the influence of a lot of fac-tors, British government issued many pronunciamentos and acts to govern this colony which had been governed by France before. The nationalism conscious-ness of France origins became more and more firm in the unsteady policy of sometimes assimilation or conciliation and sometimes differentiation and coali-tion . From the instauration of the Federation , with the end of industrialization and urbanization in Quebec (from 1930's to 1950's ) and the erupting of the quiet revolution which had epochal significance in 1960's, the issue of Que-bec experienced a process, which is from pan - nationalism to nationalism of Quebec, from negative to positive and aggressive, from a kind of thought to a separation movement. Especially in 1980 and 1995, two referendums were held for the separation issue in the whole Quebec, which promoted the separa-tion movement to a climax.In the second of this article I listed the five causes about why the issue of Quebec has been existing so long time: the most important cause of the issue of Quebec is the intense desire of keeping and persisting the speciality of the France origins in the British origins dominating society; the culture conflictbased on language is imbued with the whole process of Quebec issue; the issue of Quebec interweaving with constitution crisis is a important stimulative factor; the defect in the system of the Canada Federation affords chance for the rapid development of the issue of Quebec; the change of economic status accelerate the Quebec separate trend. Thus it can be seen, the issue of Quebec is a com-positive phenomena with various factor interweaving, such as nation conflict, constitution issue, politics sovereignty, economic development.After reviewing the history of Quebec and analyzing the cause why the is-sue of Quebec has been existing so long time, I anticipated the trend of the is-sue of Quebec in the future. In the process of world economic integration, the Quebec's dream of separation can't be realized. The movement that the Cana-da Federation government and the non - France origins persuade Quebec to stayin the Federation will make the separation very difficult.
