Standard form contract is an important and a common contract modality.As well as it facilitates our daily lives,it also does some harm to the society.lt is an hard task that we should perfect the regulation of standard form contract in order to realize justice and protect consumers' lawful rights.This thesis expounds the concept, the legal character and the attributes of standard form contract.It is concluded that standard form contract is still a kind of contract.By demonstrating the benefits conflicts of standard form contract and the principle of freedom of contract,we realize that we should regulate standard form contract.The regulation should center on the formulation and the validity of standard form contract using many methods.Finally,on the base of analysis of standard form contract past and present situation in our country ,the author holds that our country should choose legislative norms as main regulation pattern,accompainied by effective administrative normsjudicial norms and self-discipline norms.The thesis also evaluates legislative norms of standard form contract in our country,and puts forward a elementary plotting on the special law of standard form contract regulation.
