On The Control Of The Format Of The Contract

Since 20 century, a prevalent phenomenon in the region of contract is that the number of the standard form contracts is increasing so that the daily lives of people connect with them almost all the time today. The standard form contracts have merit that traditional contracts haven't, but a lot of problem comes with the wide using of the standard form contracts. It has interested many countries that how to effectively control the standard form contracts. The paper first illustrates the concept,char-acteristic, reason of form, merit and demerit of the standard form contract , then seeks law - theoretical foundation, fundamental aim and main object of control of standard form contract . On the base of foreign experience of legislation and practice and reality of our country , the paper gives some advices on erecting and perfecting the control system of standard form contract in China.
