| This article starts with the comparison and study theoretically and positively, then gets a conclusion that the operational system of finance must be the combination business. Moreover, the article comments on the reality of Chinese financial system, also make a prospect of Chinese finance.The analytic frame of the article is composed of four chapters. Chapter one presents the fundamental concepts of separation business and combination business, and compares the roads of this two kinds of financial system from the practice in the western developed countries. Chapter two expends the theoretical basis of the two system, and draws the conclusion that financial operational system must go to combination.
