The Process Of Technological Innovation, Formal And Informal System Of Benign Interaction Mechanism

This article pay attention to the technology innovation in the transfer economy of China, study the good interaction between formal constraints and informal constraints in this course. First ,we set the issue forth, summarized the related theories and views. Secondly, in the view of institution change, we looked back the open and reform course of China, the reorganizing in science and technology system, education system, and believed that it was the competence among different regions that made this course self-enforced. Then, based on individual analysis, we used evolutionary game theory to have a general discussion about the institution constraints one person may confront, and described in concrete terms the process of institution change while we regarded it as the adaptive evolution of social game. Afterwards, we analyze several real cases, deepen the conclusions from them with the help of the former general discussion. At last, we got the theoretical results, for example, considering the feature of Chineseopen and reform course------the changes of formal constraints caused the changes ofinformal constraints------we should especially show concern for the coordination ofnew formal rules. It would shorten the growing course of innovation-aimed informal rules. New informal rules came into being to replace the old because the new institution structure bring to us new social game equilibrium with higher social welfare level.
