The development of small and medium firms is a worldwide task. It is also a hot topic of nowadays China. Insufficient of development funds is the main problem to most small and medium firms, which also grasp the government's intention and needed to be taken some measurements. As the progress of the socialist market economy, there are still some problems remaining in getting loan for small and medium firms. Thus, this essay intend to study the problem and find some way to solve it.The essay includes four parts.
