Development Of Bancassurance Model Study

With drastic competition and the appearance of Financial Services Integration, three-important-mainstay of Financial Industry - Bank, Security and Insurance have been amalgamating. In this process, the amalgamation of Bank and Insurance in their operation has posed the Bancassurance or the Assurfinance, which originated in Europe .According to the related regulations and laws, the amalgamation of Bank and Insurance is banned in our country at present. Since our country has joined the WTO, more and more overseas financial companies have been entering our insurance field. They can offer financial services of all kinds. Consequently, our financial companies are facing a great challenge.On the basis of above-mentioned background, the thesis has proposed the mode our Bancassurance should adopt. Because Bancassurance is a new issue, about which there is not enough research. So some innovation can be done in the thesis .The present paper mainly consists of seven parts .The first part starts with opening word. The second part mainly introduces how scholars at home and abroad have defined Bancassurance. It also gives a narrow definition and broad one to Bancassurance. Furthermore, it introduces features and development of Bancassurance .The third part points out the theory argument of the amalgamation of Bank and Insurance. In the fourth part, from inner side and external side, the thesis analyzes reasons why Bancassurance has came into being .The fifth part seeks for four management modes of Bancassurance in foreign countries, and compares the developing circumstance of Bancassurance in different countries. The sixth part is the most important part of the thesis, which puts forward a management mode of Bancassurance of our country on the basis of our reality. It finalizes with tag .
