Research Interests Of Minority Shareholders Protection System

This paper discusses the protection of the minority shareholders, it advances to build and improve the mechanism of protecting minority shareholders from the substantive law and the procedural law. This paper holds that although the Majority Rule reflects equality, it also does everything to suit majority shareholders' convenience of abusing their controlling power. Therefore, in order to realize equality essentially, it is necessary to build a system which can protect the minority shareholders effectively. This paper probes into a series of mechanism about minority shareholders' protection from the reasonable and the legislation of the world. I hope that it can make the legislative body pay attention to the protection of the minority shareholders.
