Internet Privacy Issues In The Field Of Study

Internet is penetrating and changing the shape of our social life. Almost all the aspects of social life can not ignore the existence of Internet, so does the research in law field. Many theories of Civil Law are facing challenges brought by the appearance of Internet .This article applies itself to the research of an important theory of Civil Law -the Right to Privacy. Obviously, this theory is also facing the impact caused by Internet. Furthermore, this theory is an laggard feeble part in the field of Civil Law. So, it is important and necessary to put more efforts into the research of the Right to Privacy. Although the theory of the Right to Privacy has a history of more than one hundred years, compared with other theories of Civil Law, it is still a rather new one in Civil Law. During its long period of development, Civil Law is breaking away from the narrow scope of "property law" and is showing its concern on human right, especially on the Right to Privacy. Meanwhile, the development of the research of the Right to Privacy always goes with the progress in science, such as the emergence of Internet. Therefore, we must use the developmental and far-sighted methods to analyze the theory of the Right to Privacy. These methods will be more necessary when we analyze the theory of the Right to Privacy in the field of Internet .Obviously, with the trend that people put more and more attention on the protection of their privacy and the internet is adopted in a much wider area, more and more people will devote their efforts to the research of the theory of the Right to Privacy in the field of Internet and give the theory of the Right to Privacy a much brighter future in the neonatal fictitious space of Internet.
