Contemporary Western Legal Rational Evolution And Revelation

The quest study and structure of the theory of the rule of law is a core topic of the current investigative in the Chinese science of law, but the thinking of rule of law comes from the west, the historic pulsation of its deep layer and formation process is vitally related of the politics, economy, social construction and variety of the culture term of the west politics.
