The route of rule of law in China differs with that of the West. In China it occurs ectogenic and late, while it arises earlier and endogenetic in the west. Accordingly, the process of rule of law in china is simultaneous both legal system building and the enlightenment of rule of law while in the West it is enlightenment earlier and legal system building later.So, the enlightenment of rule of law lacks badly in the process of rule of law in China . The lack of enlightenment of rule of law hi China embodies all kinds of forms, and has all kinds of reasons.Therefore, we must attach much importance to the enlightenment of rule of law and energetically carry through it for the sake of the process of rule of law in China.
