| This dissertation discusses four aspects of legal protection for business secret in China and the west theoretically and practically, and establishes the fundamental frame of legal protection for business secret. The dissertation studies the substantive and procedural protection for business secret and the development of Chinese business secret utilizing comparison method. According to the present development of legal protection for business secret, the writer brings up his own opinions on the problems existing in the legal protection for business secret and the methods to solve on the basis of others' research results. |
