Study Of The Financing Efficiency Of State-owned Enterprises

Firstly, this article introduces concepts related to enterprises' financing efficiency including financing, enterprises' financing, enterprises' financing mode, enterprises' financing efficiency. Secondly, it analyses changes of state-owned enterprises' financing pattern, at the same time, it also introduces three patterns of enterprises' financing in the world. Thirdly, it constructs system of enterprises' financing efficiency which includes enterprises' financing cost, leverage of enterprises' financing, enterprises' financial structure and enterprises' corporative governing efficiency. Lastly, it put forward the measurements to enhance state-owned enterprises' financing efficiency which include innovation of managing system of state-owned assets, improvement of structure of state-owned stock right, construction of encouraging and restricting system to managers and deepening the reform of financial system.
