State-owned Commercial Banks Research

We begin from how the state-owned commercial banks list, and analyze the problems need to be solved, all the problems may vanish if we change the property-right of state-owned commercial banks completely and properly. The purpose of listing is to make the establishment of corporative governing structure easier. Is it necessary for the state-owned banks to list to improve themselves? This article analyzes this problem by the theory of property right. We find listing is the only way of the variation of property right, and it's the condition that the system of property right works. So we come to a conclusion that the state-owned commercial banks should list. The state-owned commercial banks still have many other problems to be solved, such as the improving of profitability and the lowering of mal-asset etc. The change of property right system can get a good condition for the revolution of state-owned commercial banks. On the contrary, the state-owned commercial banks also may be affected by the fluctuating of the market. The effect of listing and the change of the position of state-owned shares deserve our father research.
