In the 70's 20 centuries, the bank product innovation of western advanced country has appeared the development of " explosion type " , and what is its background? Our country begun reformation and opening from the 80's, but the product innovation vigour of commercial bank is inadequate , and what is its cause?Why appeared the explosion development in western advanced country from the 70's ?Its background is:The marketization of financial asset "price " . Before the 70's , the rate of exchange system is comparatively stable , and the risk of exchange rate is smaller.At the same time , interest rate control is comparatively serious to that of each country and the risk of interest rate is smaller . After the 70's , along with collapion of forest system and releasing of financial control, and the price of asset kinds of bank finance products enters among the frequently wave by a wide margin over a long period of time , in order to avoid exchange rate risk and interest rate risk , the comercial bank put in product innovation positively , so the bank product innovates just appears the impetus of vigorous development .The interest rate marketization is certainly drawn sending the interest rate risk , but the commercial bank will avoid the interest risk , and its only market means are carried on the bank product innovating exactly . The experience indicates, the marketization of interest rate is the important promotion power of bank product innovation in the western advanced country, and is also the necessary condition of vigorous development of bank product innovation. With so inherent logic, the article comes to analyse the cause of innovation,the stage of development,the representing products and the risk of innnovation products in the western advanced country, and in hope of giving somereference meaning to our bank product innovation.In comercial bank of our country ,product innovation vigour is inadequate , and its chiefly cause is that organization essentialism of comercial bank is still unknown clear , the market main body is still being independent ,and is still not responsible for profits and losses,so it is short of inherent motive to innovate bank product. This has been doomed that our bank innovatation can only be drived by the outside force factors at present product of stage in our country .In fact , finance control of our country is still very serious , and short of effective fair competition environment , thus the microcosmic finance environment has tied the bank. product innovation. According to the experience of bank product innovation in the developed country, the interest rate marketization is the necessary condition of vigorous development of bank product innovation, so the article think that interest marketization is the breakthrough points of the bank product innovation, and pushes forward energetically innovating in our country.The article has divided into five parts on the structure . The 1st part has defined the innovation of bank product, and expounded its history gradual progress, at the same time it has pointed out that the interest rate marketization is the important motive force of bank product innovation .The 2nd part has discussed the inside and outside motive force of bank innovation, and the microcosmic finance environment, then the article has written the interest rate marketization is the necessary condition of vigorous development of innovation.
