Deng Xiaoping Thought Of Common Prosperity Of The Scientific Connotation And Development

To realize common prosperity is the foundation principle of socialism, the final aim of our work, and also the most important part of Deng Xiaoping's economic theory. The twenty years practice of the reform and opening-up proves that developing the productive forces and permitting some people and area get rich first . are the only road and shortcut to achieve the prosperity. However, if we are deaf and blind to the imbalance between the rich and poor on the way to it and don't take effective measure to solve the problems, big social issue will come up and even our dream of common prosperity will vanish soon. Therefore, the settlement to the contradictions between common prosperity and imbalance has drawn more and more attention, for it is an important issue needing immediate action in the reality. Now, in the present China, based on a thorough and correct understanding of Deng's theory of common prosperity, analyzing the imbalance between the rich and poor is of great importance to build socialism with Chinese characteristic and to achieve the prosperity of Chinese nation. This thesis can be divided as follows:First, the historical origin of the thought of common prosperity. Classical Marxism-Leninism authors all have studied the common prosperity of communism. Carrying on Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory about it, the first generation of CPC leadership headed by Chairman Mao Zedong combined it with Chinese socialist construction, made long and hard exploration and brought up a lot of creative work, eventually made a solid ideological theory for Deng's thought on common prosperity.Secondly, the scientific connotation of Deng's thought on common prosperity. Being a comprehensive dynamic category developing with the practical situation, the thought contains rich connotation with many levels. Its aim represents the highest principle of CPC that is to seek profit for the people. The thought was brought up on the basis of reflections on "socialism in poverty". The foundation to achieve common prosperity is to develop the productive forces, the guarantee the socialism system, the shortcut quick rich help slow rich, whereas the final realization of the common prosperity of the whole nation is a long-term dynamic historical process which can not be done with undue haste. In this process, the dialectical relationship between "prosperity in some parts" and "common prosperity" must be handled in a proper way.Thirdly, the development of the thought of common prosperity. The third generation of CPC leadership with Jiang Zemin at its core stick to Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory, keep summing up new experiences and generalizing new theory in the practice of socialist modernization. Upon doing so, they've made new contribution to the thought and add new contents to Marxism. The implement of the strategy of developing the west, the important idea of "three represents" and the aim to build a well-off society in all fields, all develop and braze new trails in the explanation and realization of the thought of common prosperity.
