Corporate culture, as a revolution in the managerial ideology, is an innovation and re-constructuring of the traditional managerial theories. Corporate culture plays a vital role in moving the enterprise forward. The culture of the privately owned corporation is the mitigation of the corporations' rallies, ethics, spirit and image, which is formed in running and is recognized by the staffs. Meanwhile the culture of the privately owned corporation is new management model and internal motive of the development of privately owned corporation. This paper intends to establish corporate culture as the "golden key" for the privately owned corporations to achieve the success in the following 4 aspects.Firstly, the paper gives a survey of the origination of the corporate culture and the definition of it: its essentials, and its functions. The survey is the theoretical basis for the explanation of remolding of the culture of China's privately owned corporations.Secondly, the paper looks into the necessity of remolding the aforesaid culture. Some crippling practices that exist universally in private business are familial management obsolete policies, defective structure of the organization and cronyism. The analysis of the shortcomings of the culture of China's privately owned corporations justifies the necessity of remolding the culture by establishing the modern enterprise system, recruiting the needed talents, and strengthening its competition in the market.Thirdly, the paper looks at the essentials of the culture of China's privately owned corporations. In the new economic order, the corporations' values, ethics, spirit and image, which are important for their survival, are the major aspects to be remolded. As a crucial element, values are at the core of the culture, and play a determining part in the development of the enterprise. The values of the remolding corporation's culture should give full expression to "human-center". Corporate ethics is one of the comprising elements of the culture, regulating various profit relationships, creating a favorable image for the corporations. Therefore, remolding the ethics makes necessary the concepts of being honest and keeping faith. That is, rebuilding the principle of being honest and keeping faith between the staff members and the enterprises on the one hand, and between the enterprises on the other.Corporate spirit is the soul of the culture, and closely related to the values of corporations. The spirit plays a considerable role in the sustainable development of the enterprises while the spirit of the entrepreneurs is what makes the spirit of corporations. The image of the corporation is the externalization of the entire culture, and an element in winning the competition in the market. Image is indispensable to the efforts to strengthen the competitive power and uplift the societal cultural level. Famous brand is the symbol of image of the corporation, the most important form of image and the representative of the entrepreneur. The key that remold the spirit of enterprise is shaped famous brand.Finally, the dissertation proposes four major approaches and methods to reconstruct entrepreneurial culture in pruvate-ownted entrepreneurues: first, sublimation of employers individual malice to the comonon Value of enterprise; second, strengthening the supervision system to standardize to integrity of civil enterprise; third, formation of inspiring and constraint system to nurture modem private-owned entrepreneurs; fourth, implement of brand strategy to raise the status of private-owned enterprises.
