Wuhan City Housing Market

Housing is an important existent location and indispensability basic living condition for the people. The problem of housing is one of the important economic and societal problems.This paper consists of five sections:In section one, the housing market's general principles are discussed. It defines housing market, analyses the characteristics, function and operating mechanism of housing market, discusses the equilibriums of supply and demand concerning housing market.Section two discussed the current situation of wuhan city's housing market. It reviews the housing constructions and housing system reform, analyses the existing problem of present housing market.Section three based on the estimation of Wuhan city's limited economic capacity to stand strains, it forecasts the supposed rent for a flat in 2010.The corresponding measures to collimate housing market are discussed included in section four,which points out that the corresponding reforms of other fields must be kept up with the situation in order to intensify housing market constructions.In the section five, we put forward to the corresponding countermeasure based on the impact which Wuhan city's real estate join to WTO would be brought.
