Shaanxi Sme Financing Problem

It's the common characteristic of the structure of enterprise scope in most countries that a few big enterprises coexists with a large amount of small & medium-sized enterprises(SME). As the role's transition and contribution's being greater during the economic development of various countries with SME, they receive more and more attention of the various circles of society. And contradiction of SME's large development space and insufficient fund supply becomes sharp day by day at the same time. Under this background, probing into financing question of SME has both theoretical and practical value.This text regards financing question of SME as the central issue studied, regarding SME of Shaanxi as the main research object. Firstly, the article makes the definition of SME distinct, stating the status and function of SME in national economy and Shaanxi economy. Then, it analyzes the comprehensively current situation and financing predicament of SME. After that, the author uses economics theory "vicious circle poverty" to explain the phenomenon of difficulty in financing of Shaanxi small & medium-sized enterprises, setting up the model of" vicious circle poverty of fund" and" break vicious circle poverty of fund". At last, three kinds of strength involved in the model were analyzed in detail combined with the real condition of SME in Shaanxi. Hope that the research will play a certain role to the development of the small and medium-sized enterprises of Shaanxi.The data and other materials of current situation of SME in shaanxi are obtained by questionnaire combining with interview. And on the basis, the author carries on quantitative and qualitative analysis to the investigation result. During the process of analyzing financing problem, many kinds of theories, such as economics theory, capital structure theory, the property right system theory and system economics theory are adopted.
