Studies On Financing Of China's Non-governmental Medium And Small-Sized Enterprises

Since the reforming and opening, our country's economy develops continually, quickly and healthily, to some extent, which is due to the non-governmental economy's development, the non-governmental economy has become an important part of country's economy. But the non-governmental enterprises' development is always restricted by some problems. The shortage of capital is a big problem, which restricted the development of non-governmental enterprises especially the non-governmental medium and small-sized enterprises (MSE). The aim of this thesis is the financing of non-governmental MSE.Firstly. The thesis elaborates the substance and ways of enterprises' financing, reviews the capital structure theory. Then, analyses the present situation of non-governmental MSE's financing and come to the conclusion that the non-governmental MSE, in our country, is confronted with the problem of difficult financing. It also analyses the reasons of non-governmental MSE's difficult financing, the reasons include the non-governmental MSE's obstacles, the lag of state-owned banks' reforming, the dissatisfaction of medium and small-sized finance institution, the imperfection of direct financing system and so on. Finally, the thesis inquire the establishing of non-governmental MSE's new financing system, which includes strengthening the finance institution's sustain to the non-governmental MSE, establishing the social credit system, opening some new financing channels, improving the enterprises' quality and constructing the social serving system.
