In the modern marketing circumstance, consumer credit is an attracting economic phenomena , it's the inevitable outcome of the marketing economy , and indicates the evolution from commodity exchange to currency exchange ,and then the senior phase of debt and credit exchange. As one of the most important content of consumer socialization, the development of consumer credit is extremely important for the national economic prosperity. In the Europe and America nation with the developed marketing economy, The consumer credit is not only running in quite full transaction scale but also as a sort of consumer system. Although the modern consumer credit business appears recently in China, many people are being familiar with it, and a variety of consumer credit is increasing , but for ignoring for the protection of the consumer right, lacking of the full ,systemic , scientific law system for the consumer credit operation about protecting and adjustment, all kinds of event of infringing the consumer right happened often.The paper holds that, with the great development of consumer credit in China, we should follow other countries' processed experience so as to build a suitable and practicable consumer credit system. Holding the two tenets of protection to both the rights of credit consumers and the due economic system of credit consumption, we should plan laws in such areas as information publication system, personal credit system ,and the right to withdraw a contract, which will stimulate the fine progress of consumer credit and the expansion of domestic demand, as well as the flourish of national economy.This article is consisted of four chapters with 34000 words.First chapter: the consumer credit. This chapter introduces the concept and the basic form of consumer credit , the meaning of promotation ,the development of consumer credit in China and its features. Second chapter: the credit consumers. This chapter introduces the basic features of consumers and credit consumers, the basic right of credit consumers, the weak position of Chinese credit consumers.Chapter 3: the Legislation of consumer credit. This chapter introduces the significance of legislation of consumer credit, and put forward some tentative plans for the consumer credit legislation in China with analysis that in developed countries .Chapter 4:the legal countermoves of some problem of credit consumers protection. This chapter gives some legal advices about how to protect credit consumer's right., including the information-open system, credit repot system, the right of cancellation, the procedure of ligitation.
