Mergers And Acquisitions Of Financial Integration

From late nineteenth century to now, several big tides of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) have taken placed in the world, especially the fifth tide that has taken placed in the nineties of twentieth century, takes the longest time with the biggest model. The characteristic of M&A in this period is that a lot of very big and famous corporations ally with other ones.In 2002, China entered WTO; it brought the faster development of M&A in China. State economic & trade commission of PRC and China securities regulatory commission have promulgated a lot of positive policies, it means that the new climax of M&A in China will come.Contrary to the hot market of M&A, some research on M&A indicates that the results of M&A are not very good. Many M&A are failure for the bad integer of M&A, especially for the center of the integer of M&A—the financial integer. For these reasons, I choose the financial integer of M&A as my Master's paper and I wish my paper would be useful in overcoming the obstacle in China's M&A. The whole paper involves four chapters, combining the demonstration analysis with standard analysis and I wish it will be standard, systematic, integrated and deeply. Chapter One brings forward the question. Using demonstration analysis method, we do some research on the actuality of harmonization M&A and speculation M&A in China, then we get the problems in our country's M&A businesses and the reasons for these problems. From Chapter Two to Four, we analyze these problems and try to solve these problems. In chapter two, in order to do some help to the following analysis, we discuss the detail objects of financial integer in the two different ways of M&A.Chapter Three and four are the most important chapter of my paper. In chapter three, according to the objects, we discuss the content and the operation of financial integer of harmonization M&A in detail with many examples; in chapter four, we do the same to the speculation M&A, but in brief.
