Liaohe Oilfield, Crude Oil Production Cost Control

Guided by the mentor from Dalian Science and Technology University , I am able to finish this paper titled "Study on the crude oil cost control with Liaohe Oilfield " mainly focuses on the following points:1. Analyze the cost control status and study of the existing problems and find out the gap in the field of crude oil cost control.By carrying out a research and study , analyzing and assessing the crude oil cost control status with Liaohe Oilfield , we are able to get to know the characteristic of the crude oil cost with Liaohe Oilfield Branch and therefore we are also able to find out the existing problems and the difference .2. Employing the theory and method of Financing Accounting Cost Control, we are able to prepare the crude oil cost controlling method.The controlling method mainly consists of pre-activity cost control , daily cost control (cost control in the process of activity), and after activity cost control. Pre-activity Cost Control Method Employing the theory and method of Financing Accounting Cost Control and combining with the reality of Liaohe Oilfield ,we propose the eight preparations for developing crude oil cost control regulations and crude oil fixed cost controlling method and operating cost controlling method .The fixed cost will be controlled mainly by the method of budget controlling method while six out of the fifteen operating cost will be controlled by pre-activity control and the remaining nine operating cost will be pre-activity controlled by flexible budget method . Daily Cost Control Method (Cost Control in the Process of Activity) Employing the accounting cost controlling theory and method with the reality of Liaohe Oilfield considered , we are able to establish the cost accounting method , cost difference computing method ,correcting cost difference method and the frame of monitoring cost implementation and alarming difference analysis. After-activity Cost Control Method The author here put forward the analysis of the cost difference .propose the measures to be taken to correct the variation and the operating way of the after activity cost control. Six Measures to be proposed to lower the crude oil cost with Liaohe Oilfield The six measures mainly focuses on the optimizing resource deploy , scientifically distribute the gas injection for thermal recovering heavy oil, refine the power management .optimizing fuel structure , optimizing downhole operation programes , optimizing the distribution of crude oil production scale and lower the crude oil cost.
