China's Money Market And Capital Market Coordination Of Development Problems

Currently, the relation between money market and capital market is the focus of the reform to our economy and finance system. Under such background, this dissertation regards the relation between the two markets as the breakthrough of study point, try to study the development in harmony of two markets of ours.Chapter one is the introduction part. It introduces the background and meaning of selecting this title briefly, and makes document survey to the title. The research frame and basic structure of the dissertation are also summarized out.Chapter two is the analyses to the development in harmony of two markets in economics. Using the relevant principle of economics, finances, money and banking, investments, etc, it explains the relation between money market and capital market, the meaning of development in harmony of two markets.Chapter three makes empirical study to the current development in harmony of two markets in ours. Firstly, it reviews the 4 development stages of two markets, then studies empirically capital interacting in two markets, the impact of money market changes on stock market, the development effect of capital market on money market, etc.Chapter four analyses the restriction factors to the development in harmony of our two markets. As to the study result of chapter three, it analyses in detail the restriction factors. These factors are: developing behind relatively of the money market, the inherent defect of the capital market; the isolation of money market from capital market in policy, etc. It also analyses reasons leading to these restriction factors and negative effect.Chapter five is the rational choices that make money market develop in harmony with capital market. On the basic of study to developed countries, from developing money market energetically; developing and standardizing capital market; developing bond market emphatically; making the linkage relation in order between two markets from system and policy arrangements, strengthening to combine the business of two markets; and strengthening to supervise effectively to the financial market, etc, it puts forward some corresponding countermeasures on how to strengthen the development in harmony of ours.Eventually, the dissertation draws preliminary conclusion and enlightenment.
