Entry into WTO is China's inevitable choice reflecting economic globalization and achieves the goal to run the country in conformity with law. For China, entry into WTO not only brings opportunity to China's market economy but also puts forward new requests and challenge for China's improvement of law especially administrative law. How to respond the new requests, which originated from WTO and improve China's administrative legality is an essential problem that needed to be tackled soon. The impacts on China's legal construction after the entry of WTO is far-reaching and all-direction. The administrative laws system is the core mechanism of law for china to implement all its commitments. Because the administrative laws system has a short history ,is not well sound in system ,especially has a few of problems in administrative legislation,executive mechanism of administration and administrative procedure, it does not fit well the requirement of WTO. With this background, this article analyses the reality of china's administrative laws system and put forward some suggestions to develop and improve it. This article is composed of four parts. In the first parts,the impacts on china's administrative laws system after the entry of WTO is introduced. How the principle of WTO impact on china's administrative laws system and the construction of culture circumstance in it are discussed. The second part, the third part and the fourth part are the key of the article. This thesis tries to speed up our country's improvement of administrative legislation and complete China's executive mechanism of administration and quicken China's administrative procedure towards law according to influence and requests, which WTO produced for China's administrative law.
