In-depth Study, Based On Theoretical Models Of The Supply Chain, Crm And Workflow

The research of constructing CRM Application System Model based on SCM & WFM is in the perspective of initial stage, so it is creative to do this. For the purpose of this paper, we mainly focus on the research that is how to construct the creative Customer Relationship Index Management Model which is the core model of CRM by using UML and RUP based on SCM & WFM other than the total architectural model of CRM itself due to its complexity and extensive research contents involved.This paper begins with the comprehensive review of CRM including its business model, then followed with SCM and WFM in view of theoretic and applied points, also the description of possibility with regard to applying SCM and WFM in CRM involved. For this purpose we demostrate the methods of business modeling and UML. Then we define the conceptual framework of the Customer Relationship Index (CRI) Model. We begin with a discussion of the attributes of CR through the brief reviews of CRM. Next, on the basis of these attributes we present our framework of the traditional CRI model that focuses on the concept other than mathematic model, then we give a new architecture of mathematic model to review the CRI so that we can supply a rational reference for the CRM designer to develop and deploy a reasonable and useful CRM system.In the last part of this paper, we constructed a actural CRIMS system using the discussed tool based on UML and UP according to the mathematical model we designed. It give us a validation to proved that the Model we have built is reasonable and feasible.
