It has become an urgent and important issue for Chinese society to make a systematic research on people's consumption development status, to instruct urban and rural people to establish a healthy and reasonable value idea of leisure, to form a leisure mode with distinctive national features, and to promote individual and social overall development.Basic train of thought and logic structureThis article analyses in detail the needs, demands, structure of leisure consumption and the problems in resident leisure consumption, puts forward to some questions on how to promote the development of resident leisure consumption and builds a leisure mode with distinctive national features. The demand on leisure consumption is the high-grade mode of the consumption for human being. There are three key factors to influence the residents' demand of leisure consumption: the social and economic development, plentiful spare time and innovated leisure idea.
