Analysis Of The Scientific Concept Of Development Under The Concept Of Governance Perspective

The development concept is the overall view and fundamental standpoint about essence, purpose, connotation and request of development. This concept is of importance to every ruling party, especially to the Communist Party of China. The development concept, sticking to the principle of humanism and stressing comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development, has been gradually formed in the Party's long-term governance. It starts from the current situation and focuses on the following development. The scientific concept,touching various fields such as economy, politics, culture and social development,is a theoretical issue as well as a practical one. Interpretation and research from different angles will benefit to understanding its essence. Just because of such a purpose, this article selects the aspect of ruling concept and attempts to explore the relation between scientific development concept and Party construction in order to obtain something valuable.This article mainly adopts systemic and historical methods. Based on combing relevant history and analyzing existing conditions of our Party and our country, a conclusion can be drawn that the scientific development concept is a new leap of our Party's ruling concept. It is of great significance to strengthening the Party's self-construction and fulfilling the Party's governing target.This article follows the basic logical structure of "proposing- analyzing a proposition". There are four parts altogether. On the first part, after explaining its meanings, the theoretic orientation of the scientific development concept is obviously ascertained. This article chiefly analyzes the bases on which the concept becomes a new leap of ruling concept and these contents include the second, the third and the fourth part. They may offer abundant theoretical supports for the key viewpoint in three sides: the development of ruling theories, building up the Party's governing capacity and carrying forward our cause into the future. On the tag, this article emphatically points out that such a new leap must be seriously put into effect.
