With the demand of China insure industry united with international insure industry managing model , the insure broker corporation emerges as the times require. First this thesis introduces the origin and the basis general situation besides the effect of the insure broker industry which development has vast prospects .Then it introduces the macroscopical (microcosmic) environment of JIANGTAI insure broker corp. as the first insure broker corp. , analyzing the competition environment with the theory of the industry model. As followed in order to introduce the Marketing strategic of JIANGTAI corp., it makes detailed the in-out form analysis and SWOT analysis .It points out the systemic Marketing strategic in the third chapter as the keystone of this thesis, that is to say in the beginning of the insure broker industry development, we should exploit the market by "information ,relation ,technic and serve". On the base of the traditional 4p Marketing strategic , the relational Marketing should be the emphases in the Marketing strategic. We should attach importance to the big client. It also bring forward the Marketing strategic of "special Marketing and experience the economy which is the only way to develop for the insure broker corp.. As followed it advances the constructive opinion aim at JINGTAI corp. implement the brand strategic. Finally it introduces the implement and control about Marketing strategic and advances the theory of perfecting the Marketing process will strgenthen the industry implementing simply .As the new development industry the insure broker industry should fall together the short and long benefit to make the market develop in rule according to "balance" not attentions the short benefit without measure.
