The 21 century is an epoch of intellctual economy, the manufacturing industry has dramaticaly changed. The changes can be concisely generalized by ten words. That is :informationlized , flexibility, integration, apt i tude, intellective, virtua , network, globalized, and virescence.According to the character of future manufacturing industry, I put my emphesis on the regulation and executive of the agility strategy. It maybe give some meaningful suggestions to our Chinese manufucturing companies to adapt from the style of mass i ve standard manuf actur i ng to mass i ve sea I e customized manfacturing style. I start from a sysmetical model of agility company ' operation, and I establish a excutive frame of agility strategy and give concrete countermeasures. The thesis includes five chapters:The first chapter:It is the preface of the thesis. It introduce the background .researching meaning , comeouts of the researcher and the emphasis of my reseach including the reseach objection and methodolody.The second chapter:It is the foundation of my theory. I give the new concept of agility competitive competence and elaborate it by five aspects.The third chapter:It is important part of the thesis. Through analysizing and abstracting the flowes in company , I give a simp Iized operation model of agility company and do some reseach deeply. The process of new product turnup is the core of the operation of the agility company. I analyze two main systems composing the process of new product and do detailed reseaching on the supporting system of operation of agility company.The fourth chapter :It is the core chapter of the thesis.I firstly br i ng forward a new executive frame of agility strategy. The frame includes three parts.I do deeply reseach on the three parts respectively.In the end of this chapter, according the status quo of our manufacturing company,I give some meaning countermeasures.The fifth chapter: It is the last chapter of the thesis. It is a embody case of haier group about the sysmatic execution of the agility strategy.
