Private Investment In The Impact Factors And Countermeasures

As the practice of our country's socialism, we are having a deep understanding of developing non-governmental investment. However, for some reasons, our country's non-governmental investment went into downturn during the middle and late period of the ninth decade of the 20th century. What are the factors that affect the non-governmental investment and how to reduce them. We should research on it.In this paper, I research on the non-governmental investment systematically from the aspects of definition, function, actuality, factors that affect it and solutions. In the first part, I choose a reasonable definition by comparing. In the second part, I analyse the function of developing non-governmental investment. I use contribution ratio analysis and capital-output ratio analysis. In the third part, I analyse a lot of data to have a deep insight into the development and the actuality of the non-governmental investment. I use correspondence analysis here. In the fourth and fifth part, I put forward four main factors that affect the non-governmental investment and solutions to them. In the factor of market access, I address the reform of infrastructure sector. In the factor of financing, I analyse the loan problem by game theory. In the factor of national income, I use Granger's causality test to research on the causality of the non-governmental investment and GDP. And I also use Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ADD to research on the function of the non-governmental investment and GDP. In the factor of its own problems, I analyse the problems itself and come up with solutions.
