With the high-speed development of science and technology, the knowledge Economic era, of which talent resources have the key factor of corporate growth, has arrived. Amery different kind of modern enterprise's staff, the status of managers is both special and important. The future of a corporation is ultimately depending on the progressive direction and tendency of the managerial level. As the modern corporate institution reform towards the enterprises in China penetrates deeper and deeper. The importance of the managerial level's role has become even more imminent. The scientific selection of managers is gradually taking the core part of human resource management of modern corporate institution.This paper includes six sections which starts commentary on the background and significance of the research of manager selection mechanism based on the modern corporate institution-the basis of such mechanism, which present the theoretical premise of the research which come up is the latter sections.The paper emphatically discussed the current domestic and foreign development of such mechanism. The forth section introduces the overall study on the selection mechanism and presents the corresponding solution to the problems which had drawn out in the previous sections. The main feature of the solutions is to integrate various selection methods in order to utilize their respective advantage and analyze through quantitative and quantities measures with multiple scientific criterion, therefore it can provide a scientifically effective standard for the corporate manager selection. The solution is exemplified with a successful case in which an enterprise applied the mechanism in their practice.
