The efficiency of an organization lies on its employee's positivity. While a certain goal has been set for an organization, anybody's performance is the function of his competence times positivity. Therefore, when there is no difference between emloyee's competence, their positivity works directly on their performance.Today, fierce competition sweeps all over the world market. The competition of enterprises, in the last analysis, lies on the competition of talents. That means, whoever is able to own the talents and bring his positivity into full play, is able to take on aninvincible position in the competition. So, how to motivate the employee's is a coreproblem enterprises have to face.Hi -Tech enterprises are the most active element in economic activities of our modern society. The development level of hi-tech enterprises has been recongnized as an important feature of the national power. Since hi-tech enterprises consist of knowledgeable employee, whose brainwork can create the most product value.The significance of our study on hi-tech enterprises motivation mechanism is to seek more scientific measures to improve the knowledgeable employee's working attitude so that more value can be created not only for the enterprise but also for the country and society. This thesis first talk about the relationship between the efficiency of an organization and the employee's positivity, and the relationship between the development of an enterprise and the human resource management, and human resource is the most important resource. Secondly, Analysis the problem of human resource management in hi-tech enterprises, points out the new position of human resource management in hi-tech enterprises, and analysis the characters of the knowledgeable personnel inhi-tech enterprises, Thirdly, introduced several encourage thoughts and encourage the theories. Fourthly, introduced several kinds of payment systems, especially on the effect of annul payment system, stock ownership plan and stock option plan. Fifthly, analysis the keys and some problems need to be solved when these payment systems operated in china today. Sixthly, introduced several cases of the payment systems.
